How does CDA ON BOARD work?


1CDA ON BOARD architecture
CDA ON BOARD is made of two parts. One is the Administrative Section – a web portal – in which you can create and manage your meetings through your browser. The other is the Client Section, available via PC (Web client) and tablet (Mobile client, App for iOS and Android). You can configure and customize both Sections, the Administrative and the Client one, to adapt to many types of meetings. The solution combines advanced features in messaging (invitations and notifications), sharing and content synchronization.
2Hardware and software requirements: server
To install and use the solution CDA ON BOARD on your server, you have to consider at least the following requirements: dual core CPU or higher, 4 GB RAM, 32-bit/64-bit Microsoft Windows Operative System (Windows 7/8/10, 2003/2008/2012/2016 Server), 1 GB free space on disk
3Hardware and software requirements: mobile client
To install and use the solution CDA ON BOARD on the client level, you have to consider at least the following requirements: PC – dual core CPU or higher, 2 GB RAM, 32-bit/64-bit Microsoft Windows Operative System (Windows 7/8/10), 200 MB free space on disk. iPad Apple Tablet – fourth generation iPad Apple, Operative System iOS 13. Android Tablet – 2 core CPU tablet, Android Operative System 6.0 “Marshmallow”, RAM: 1 GB, Storage: 120 MB as basic installation and working function. Further storage is required if you want to use the option of offline documents consultation.
4All about data security
CDA ON BOARD is based on an advanced security management, supported by safe connections, secure passwords saving procedures, encrypted documents (on mobile/tablet) and two factor authentication login (in addition to login and password you have to enter a supplementary code you will receive via Text Message/email and/or directly created by the specific App). The solution provides for an advanced management of the users’ rights, with the possibility to define how meetings and particular attachments are visible in a selective way for each user. Furthermore, you can specify who can print, send by email, save documents locally. You can select watermarks to customize your documents with the company’s name, the name of the participant to the meeting, with relevant information such as “confidential” and much more. You can place also some monitoring markers in the documents to establish to whom the document has been assigned in case someone takes a picture of the file with other devices (digital cameras, smartphones, etc.).
